Schedule a Site Visit or Estimate
Once you submit the form, we’ll coordinate a time to either walk the lot with you or evaluate the property on our own.
On-Site Evaluation
We assess the overall condition of the parking lot, including surface wear, cleanliness, traffic volume, and usage. We also identify areas needing striping, crack filling, pothole repair, or sealcoating.
Measurements & Takeoffs
We take detailed measurements for striping and repairs and use satellite imagery to calculate total square footage for accurate quantities.
Estimate Preparation
After gathering all information, we return to our office and prepare a detailed, itemized estimate tailored to your property.
Cleaning fees for lots with excessive debris (sand, glass, heavy buildup)
Transportation or mobilization costs for properties located farther from our service area or requiring multiple days on site
